Gallini Cup will be processing your personal data as you requested to participate in the Gallini Cup. The main purpose is to enable us to process your registration and to make the tournament an experience for you as a participant.
Gallini Cup is the controller of personal data for the processing of your personal data in connection with participation in the tournament. Personal data includes information that you submit to us directly or indirectly through your registration, such as name, email address, as well as any other personal data that is necessary for the administration of your participation in the tournament.
Gallini Cup will store and process the personal data in order to manage the tournament. Gallini Cup will also process the personal data to follow up on and evaluate the Gallini Cup. The legal basis for this processing is your agreement with Gallini Cup on participation in the Gallini Cup. The provision of personal data is a necessary condition for it to be possible to comply with the agreement on participation in the tournament.
The personal data will be stored during the period when you are participating in the Gallini Cup and for a subsequent period of time that is required in order that Gallini Cup shall be able to meet their obligations and perform an evaluation of the tournament.

Consent to use image in advertising

During the Gallini Cup, matches and other events will be documented and photographed in the form of both still and moving images. You are hereby made aware that you, through your participation in the tournament, may be photographed or filmed in various contexts. Gallini Cup may use these images in their communication and marketing. Through your participation in the Gallini Cup, you hereby accept that Gallini Cup may use images of you and your team in their marketing in accordance with the Italian Act on Names and Pictures in Advertising.
